Day 1
WELCOME TO CARTEGANA
Touch down and let the fiesta begin! Our team welcomes you with open arms and island energy. Check into our chic Old City hotel and prepare for a Soul Sync-style welcome dinner a three-course Colombian feast with live music, laughter, and tropical cocktails that set the tone for the days ahead.

Day 2
PALENQUERAS, FLAVOURS & PARTY VIBES
Start your morning slow, wander through cobbled lanes, shop for local art, or sip coffee at a colorful café. By afternoon, we dive into culture with a city walking tour led by Cartagena’s iconic Palenqueras, the women who embody the city’s soul. Taste local fruits, learn stories of resistance and beauty, and pose for photos that belong on your feed.
Then we spice things up in a Colombian cooking class, followed by a night out aboard a Chiva Party Bus, music, champagne, and pure Cartagena chaos in the best way possible.
Day 3
THE AFRICAN ESSENCE EXPERIENCE
Step out of the city and into history. We journey to Palenque Village, the first free African town in the Americas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where drumming, dance, and community spirit come alive. Feel the rhythm, learn the moves, and connect with the deep roots of Afro-Caribbean culture.
As the sun sets, we return for a salsa class + rumba night, because here, dancing isn’t optional, it’s a way of life.
Day 4
MUD BATHS & RUM NIGHTS
Pack your bags, we’re switching up the scene! After checking out, get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the Totumo Mud Volcano, a natural spa in the middle of nature. You’ll soak, float, and emerge with baby-soft skin (and hilarious photos).
Later, check into your luxury home by the sea. The evening calls for an intimate rum tasting, seven of Colombia’s finest rums paired with artisan chocolate.
Day 5
PRIVATE YACHT DAY
The grand finale. All aboard your private luxury yacht as we set sail through the Rosario Islands, with turquoise waters, an open bar, and beach club vibes. Dance on deck, swim in crystal lagoons, and live your best life surrounded by the Soul Sync tribe.
Day 6
FREE DAY AT LEISURE
Today is your free day to relax, do some last-minute shopping, or enjoy spa time or a massage before connecting with the group for a farewell dinner.
Day 7
HASTA LUEGO, CARTEGANA
Breakfast, hugs, airport drop-offs, and a promise: We’ll see you on the next Soul Sync adventure.
