PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP WITH SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES
The following terms and conditions apply to any trip booked with SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES. By booking a trip with SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES you (hereinafter referred to as, “you” “your” or “traveler”) acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older, understand and accept these terms and conditions and are entering into a contractual relationship with SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES.
SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time without separate notice to the user. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the ‘Terms of service’ hypertext link located at the bottom of our webpages. Each time you access this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms then in effect. If you do not agree to the Terms, you should not use, view, or further access this website or our services.
BASIC INFORMATION ON SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES
We are only a planning company and not a travel agent or a tour operator. The role of SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES is only to arrange services between the client and stated local tour operators, hotels and restaurants and excursions. By booking with us you understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES. We only act as a travel planner and support through our host lead experiences.
RATES AND RESERVATIONS
All trip prices are as stated on the SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES website in US Dollars at the time of booking and do not include airfare. The cost is per person, based on shared occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. The rates are guaranteed until a deposit is received, but may be subject to change at a later date. The rates generally include expert leadership, accommodations, arrival & departure airport transfers, three meals a day, ground transportation, local guides, entry fees & tickets to activities, sightseeing as noted in the tour itinerary, and support staff/porters. They do not include any other items such as air travel, airline fees, airport or departure taxes, transfers, visas, customary gratuities, required travel insurance, driver, local guides, hotel housekeepers etc…
Making any deposit payments to SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES indicates that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Once your deposit has been received and processed by SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES you will receive confirmation of your booking by email. SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES may send you an additional email with the payment terms and details of the trip. Each traveler is responsible for verifying the information and notifying SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES of any discrepancies or errors. . If there is an error SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES will send a revised invoice to reflect the correct pricing. SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES may cancel your booking if final payment is not received by the due date. Final payment is usually due between 1-2 months before the start of the trip. In the unlikely event that we cancel the whole trip, you will get a full refund.
STAYING IN TOUCH
We are doing our best to keep our website available to you 24 hours a day but cannot guarantee that it will be up and running uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
AIR TRAVEL
Travellers must purchase their own return airline tickets to the travel destination. SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES will not arrange air transportation and shall not be responsible or liable for a traveler’s airfare, airline ticket, or air travel arrangements. All issues with your air travel shall be resolved with the respective airline on which you are ticketed. In the event the airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason or you miss your departure flight or connection, no refunds will be provided for missed portions of the trip. SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES recommends that all travellers purchase health and travel insurance with provisions to cover unforeseen events and unexpected expenses including flight delays and cancellation.
PASSPORT & VISAS
All travellers must have a valid passport for any international travel and many countries require at least six months validity from the date of return. Some countries also require a machine-readable passport and/or unstamped available pages. When you book a trip with us, we will assume that you have a valid passport as well as Covid-19 PCR/fit to travel documents or proof of full Covid-19 vaccinations. Any fines, penalties, payments, delays or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of the airline or immigration authorities will be your sole responsibility.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Due to the preparations involved, prepayments made with the service providers and this being a small group tour, there will be no refund of the deposit. If you cancel your trip, you are welcome to transfer the trip to another person who is interested or to email us to discuss the possibility of joining another trip. Payments are transferable. we can offer a refund, only if we can find a replacement for your slot. You are eligible for a FULL REFUND of anything above the deposit , if you cancel more than 40 days before the trip. If you are entitled to a refund, Please allow us 7 to 10 working days to process your request.
You are also entitled to a FULL REFUND of and any payment made if your payment was made to a waiting list and you never got a slot on the trip.
We encourage that you get travel insurance to ensure you are protected in the event of an emergency that may not allow you to travel. You can file a claim with your travel insurance incase of any cancellations.
If we at Soul Sync Discoveries are to cancel the tour for any reason, we will offer trip transfers or a full refund of payments made within 14 business days.
ACCOMMODATIONS
SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES uses various accommodations such as hotels, camps and Airbnb villas to house travellers during a trip. Each trip will vary in terms of the accommodations used. As a rule, shared double room accommodation with twin beds, will be provided. Single-room accommodation may be available at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of booking. Room and bed preferences are not guaranteed. Check-in times vary considerably and we cannot control or guarantee check-in times.
ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
SOUL SYNC DISCOVERIES reserves the right to modify the contents of this site at any time and it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. We reserve the right to make changes to any aspects of the travel including itinerary, accommodation, activities, and services – especially if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.The itinerary advertised is made in advance in collaboration with locals or with experience from my previous trips. We will do our best to stick to the schedule, however some aspects may change due to various aspects out of our control like the weather, natural calamities, flight cancellations etc. We will act accordingly and find alternative plans during such eventualities.
