Our last trip to Japan was a hit! And we are excited to return but this time, we have added a whole day dedicated to exploring Mt.Fuji! We invite you on this journey through Japan, the “Land of the Rising Sun,” where ancient traditions meet modern life. From the busy streets of Tokyo to the peaceful beauty of Kyoto and the lively vibe of Osaka, this trip has a bit of everything. A few highlights include visiting famous temples, learning how to make sushi, spending a whole day exploring Mt.Fuji, and even dressing up in a kimono for the Japanese Tea Ceremony. Every moment is crafted to let you experience the best of Japan.

HELLO JAPAN
Welcome to Tokyo, where tradition meets modernity! Kick off your adventure with a private transfer to your hotel.Gather for a wonderful local dinner for your first true taste of Japan, and get ready for an unforgettable journey in the heart of Japan!

TOKYO ADVENTURE
Start your Tokyo Exploration day with a visit to the stunning Senso-Ji Temple in Asakusa, a vibrant mix of history, culture, and spirituality. This iconic site is a must-see!
Next, roll up your sleeves and dive into a sushi-making class! Learn from master chefs and create your own delicious sushi – an experience you’ll never forget.

MT.FUJI DAY TRIP
A whole day dedicated to the majestic Mt. Fuji! Marvel at Japan’s tallest peak, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Capture this iconic moment with your camera for memories that will last a lifetime.
Day 4
TOKYO FUN
In the morning, experience the thrill of Japan’s world-renowned public transport system. Navigate the bustling Shibuya Crossing and take in panoramic views from Shibuya Sky, one of Tokyo’s most exciting observatories. The rest of the day is free for shopping! Discover unique finds in Tokyo’s trendy shops and bring home one-of-a-kind souvenirs.
Day 5
KYOTO EXPLORATION
Travel from Tokyo to Kyoto, the cultural heart of Japan. Start with a delightful food tasting at Nishiki Market – a true feast for your taste buds with local specialties and street food. Wander through the enchanting bamboo forest of Arashiyama and then check into your cozy hotel.
Free evening to discover Kyoto’s amazing restaurants and savor local delicacies in a city known for its culinary excellence.
Day 6
KYOTO CULTURAL DAY
Visit the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of red torii gates. This mesmerizing path is a photographer’s dream and a spiritual journey. Dress up in a beautiful kimono and Indulge in a traditional tea tasting session for a picturesque stroll around Kyoto, capturing the essence of Japan’s timeless elegance.
Day 7
OSAKA BOUND
Journey from Kyoto to Osaka, stopping by the magnificent Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku-ji) on the way. This gleaming temple surrounded by serene gardens is a sight to behold.
Arrive in Osaka and explore the historic Osaka Castle, a symbol of Japan’s rich history and resilience. Get ready to be wowed by its grandeur and beauty.
Day 8
OSAKA FREE DAY
Enjoy a free day in Osaka, the culinary capital of Japan. Take a leisurely walk through Dotonbori, famous for its neon lights, street food, and vibrant atmosphere.
Optional: Visit the charming Nara Deer Park, where you can interact with friendly deer in a tranquil setting.
End the night with a bang at a farewell dinner and karaoke party – after all, Japan is the birthplace of karaoke! Sing your heart out and make unforgettable memories.
Day 9
GOODBYE JAPAN
Time to say sayonara to Japan. Depart with a heart full of joy and unforgettable memories. Safe travels and see you again soon!

There are two options to pay for the trip. You can make a full payment immediately upon booking or pay a $350 deposit and the rest in instalments that you are comfortable in running up to 40 days to the trip departure. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made after 40 days to the departure date. Payments can be done via direct bank or mobile transfers – transfer details will be sent upon booking.
We aim to keep the trips small and intimate so we can all get to create long-lasting friendships. 8 to 15 people max depending on the destination.
Yes men are welcome to join unless it is stated as an all girls trip.
Local flights and transportation in the itinerary during the trip are included in the tour package. But since we have guests joining us from all over the world, we are not able to include international flights in the budget to the discovery destination. We can however advise you on the best and affordable flight options.
The itinerary advertised is made in advance in collaboration with travel experts who are locals and with experience from our founders previous trips. We will do our best to stick to the schedule, however some aspects may change due to various aspects out of our control like weather changes or flight cancellations etc. We will act accordingly and find alternative plans during such eventualities.
Rooms will be assigned on double occupancy. All rooms have two single beds with an en suite bathroom. If you wish to have a room on your own, a fee is applicable. Please let us know when making the booking.
Our trips are all about creating a community of long lasting friendships. 6 weeks before the trip, we will create a whatsApp, Telegram or Facebook group where we can mingle and get to know each other and even find a roommate! Rooms will be shared on double occupancy with your travel partner/friend. If travelling alone, you will be paired randomly with another traveler. If you would wish to have your own room, let us know for a single room fee.
A negative Covid-19 test or proof of full Covid-19 is mandatory for all trips. All COVID-19 protocols in the various destination countries must also be observed.
Yes, unless stated otherwise. We are however available to plan similar experiences and discoveries for friends, families or groups if not able to join us on the dates stated.
Due to the preparations involved, prepayments made with the service providers and this being a small group tour, there will be no refund of the deposit. If you cancel your trip, you are welcome to transfer the trip to another person who is interested or to email us to discuss the possibility of joining another trip. We can offer a refund, only if we can find a replacement for your slot. You are eligible for a FULL REFUND of anything above the deposit , if you cancel more than 40 days before the trip. If you are entitled to a refund, Please allow us 7 to 10 working days to process your request. You are also entitled to a FULL REFUND of and any payment made if your deposit payment was made to a waiting list and you never got a slot on the trip.
Yes. Once you secure your slot with a deposit, the payment towards your trip can be paid out in flexible instalments that are comfortable for you. We provide flexible payment plans for all travellers, please let us know what works best for you.
