Day 1
ARRIVAL IN ROME AND WELCOME DINNER
Welcome to Rome, Italy’s prestigious capital, also known as the Eternal City!
Our team will meet you on arrival and transfer you to your hotel. Get some rest before meeting your fellow travelers for a delicious welcome dinner.
Day 2
GRAND TOUR OF ROME
Embark on a grand tour of Rome aboard an Ape Calessino accompanied by an English-speaking guide, We will Explore the city’s major attractions and hidden gems, such as The Colosseum, Celo Hill and the Vatican City. Enjoy lunch at your leisure and spend the afternoon exploring Rome on your own leisure.
Day 3
VATICAN MUSEUM, PHOTOSHOOTS AND TRAVESTERE FOOD TOUR
After breakfast you have the option of visiting the Vatican Museums -(since this is a religious activity, the tour is not included but we are happy to arrange the experience upon request)
Alternatively, enjoy a free morning in Rome or some photo shoots.
In the afternoon, bring a healthy we explore the colourful and funky neighbourhood of Travestere and explore its culinary delights on a private food tour led by a local chef.
Day 4
JOURNEY TO NAPLES AND LEMON TOUR
Today, we bid farewell to Rome as you journey Naples via high-speed train and a private transfer to Sorrento Hotel. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and unwind before embarking on the famous lemon tour and private cooking class.
Day 5
VINTAGE TOUR ALONG AMALFI COAST
After breakfast we will start the exciting tour along the Amalfi Coast with a Vintage. Departing to Positano, and passing through picturesque Ravello for lunch and finally to the nicknamed “Divine Coast” Amalfi for an hour to explore.We then depart back to our hotel in Sorrento, and the evening is yours to enjoy!
Day 6
POSITANO BEACH CLUBS
Enjoy a leisurely day with your friends, soaking up the sun at Positano’s beach clubs, surrounded by stunning coastal views and great food!
Day 7
PRIVATE TOUR TO CAPRI
After a hearty breakfast, we depart for Marina Grande port in Sorrento where we embark on a sunny adventureto Capri! We will explore the island’s natural beauty including landmarks like the ruins of the Villa della Regina Giovanna and the Bay of Puolo. We will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
Don’t forget your swimmers because you won’t want to miss swimming in the crystal-clear waters!
Day 8
DEPARTURE
Conclude your journey with a private transfer to Naples Airport. We hope to see you again on another Soul Sync Adventure!

Frequently Asked Questions
There are two options to pay for the trip. You can make a full payment immediately upon booking or pay a $350 deposit and the rest in instalments that you are comfortable in running up to 40 days to the trip departure. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made after 40 days to the departure date. Payments can be done via direct bank or mobile transfers – transfer details will be sent upon booking.
We aim to keep the trips small and intimate so we can all get to create long-lasting friendships. 8 to 15 people max depending on the destination.
Yes men are welcome to join unless it is stated as an all girls trip.
Local flights and transportation in the itinerary during the trip are included in the tour package. But since we have guests joining us from all over the world, we are not able to include international flights in the budget to the discovery destination. We can however advise you on the best and affordable flight options.
The itinerary advertised is made in advance in collaboration with travel experts who are locals and with experience from our founders previous trips. We will do our best to stick to the schedule, however some aspects may change due to various aspects out of our control like weather changes or flight cancellations etc. We will act accordingly and find alternative plans during such eventualities.
Rooms will be assigned on double occupancy. All rooms have two single beds with an en suite bathroom. If you wish to have a room on your own, a fee is applicable. Please let us know when making the booking.
Our trips are all about creating a community of long lasting friendships. 6 weeks before the trip, we will create a whatsApp, Telegram or Facebook group where we can mingle and get to know each other and even find a roommate! Rooms will be shared on double occupancy with your travel partner/friend. If travelling alone, you will be paired randomly with another traveler. If you would wish to have your own room, let us know for a single room fee.
A negative Covid-19 test or proof of full Covid-19 is mandatory for all trips. All COVID-19 protocols in the various destination countries must also be observed.
Yes, unless stated otherwise. We are however available to plan similar experiences and discoveries for friends, families or groups if not able to join us on the dates stated.
Due to the preparations involved, prepayments made with the service providers and this being a small group tour, there will be no refund of the deposit. If you cancel your trip, you are welcome to transfer the trip to another person who is interested or to email us to discuss the possibility of joining another trip. We can offer a refund, only if we can find a replacement for your slot. You are eligible for a FULL REFUND of anything above the deposit , if you cancel more than 40 days before the trip. If you are entitled to a refund, Please allow us 7 to 10 working days to process your request. You are also entitled to a FULL REFUND of and any payment made if your deposit payment was made to a waiting list and you never got a slot on the trip.
Yes. Once you secure your slot with a deposit, the payment towards your trip can be paid out in flexible instalments that are comfortable for you. We provide flexible payment plans for all travellers, please let us know what works best for you.
