Day 1
WELCOME TO THE MOTHER CITY!
Upon arrival in Cape Town, you will be greeted by our team who will transfer you to our accommodation. Check in and relax before our welcome dinner accompanied by wine pairing.
Day 2
WINE TOUR
We will spend our morning on a wine-tasting tour with a cellar tour. Later, enjoy a traditional South African braai experience for lunch in a secluded area in the Winelands. The braai is a quintessential part of South African Culture and involves grilling a variety of meats and vegetables over an open flame. This tradition brings people together over good food and good conversations and we are excited to share this experience with you. We will return to the hotel for a chill afternoon and optional spa experience.
Day 3
CAMPS BAY
We will check out of our first accommodation after breakfast and drive to a scenic location for our picnic lunch. Later check in to our villa for some rest and sundowners before glamming up for a fine dining interactive dinner experience.
Day 4
CAPE TOWN CITY TOUR
We will wake up to tour the Table Mountain, the most iconic landmark in South Africa. A Heli tour awaits us after to give an aerial view of the magnificent beauty of Cape Town. We will then have a tour of Bookap, known for its colorful homes and cobblestone homes. In the evening we will take part in a fun drumming session before a 14-course dinner at an African restaurant.
Day 5
CAPE PENINSULA
Experience the breathtaking beauty of the Cape Peninsula on a full day in a Jeep Wrangler drive. This personalized adventure will take us through some of the beautiful landscapes of South Africa. We will drive along the stunning Chapman’s Peak, visit the iconic Cape of Good Hope, and have an encounter with the adorable penguins at Boulder’s Beach. We will have the chance to soak up the natural beauty of the region and snap some Insta-worthy pics against the Muizenberg colorful houses backdrop. In the evening, we will head back for a sundowner and pajama party at our private villa.
Day 6
FAREWELL HIGH TEA
Today we have a variety of optional lined up for you to indulge in. For lovers of hiking, you will have the opportunity go hiking at lion’s head. We have other activities such as paragliding, shopping, and a visit to Robben Island before meeting for our farewell afternoon high tea.
Day 7
DEPARTURE
As our adventure comes to an end, we want to thank you for choosing to explore the beauty of Cape Town with Soul Sync Discoveries. Airport transfers will be provided according to your outbound flight time.

Your Home in Camps Bay, South Africa
We will be staying in a luxury private villa – complete with a full-time chef and daily housekeeping. Nestled between the iconic 12 Apostles mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean, you will be mesmerised by South Africa’s unique landscape and truly magical sunsets. You will be right in the heart of Camps Bay with its long stretches of sparkling white sands bordered by a promenade full of beachfront gourmet restaurants and clubs.
Your Home in Stellenbosch, South Africa
The property is situated on a private wine estate in the Jonkershoek Valley, surrounded by the Helderberg Mountains in Stellenbosch. It has a spa, two outdoor pools, and one heated indoor pool. The spacious and air-conditioned rooms have a seating area with a satellite TV. Each has tea-and-coffee-making facilities and a minibar. The private bathroom comes with underfloor heating. Relaxing massages and a variety of beauty treatments are available at the Spa, which features a sauna, steam room, and a fitness room.

There are two options to pay for the trip. You can make a full payment immediately upon booking or pay a $350 deposit and the rest in instalments that you are comfortable in running up to 40 days to the trip departure. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made after 40 days to the departure date. Payments can be done via direct bank or mobile transfers – transfer details will be sent upon booking.
We aim to keep the trips small and intimate so we can all get to create long-lasting friendships. 8 to 15 people max depending on the destination.
Yes men are welcome to join unless it is stated as an all girls trip.
Local flights and transportation in the itinerary during the trip are included in the tour package. But since we have guests joining us from all over the world, we are not able to include international flights in the budget to the discovery destination. We can however advise you on the best and affordable flight options.
The itinerary advertised is made in advance in collaboration with travel experts who are locals and with experience from our founders previous trips. We will do our best to stick to the schedule, however some aspects may change due to various aspects out of our control like weather changes or flight cancellations etc. We will act accordingly and find alternative plans during such eventualities.
Rooms will be assigned on double occupancy. All rooms have two single beds with an en suite bathroom. If you wish to have a room on your own, a fee is applicable. Please let us know when making the booking.
Our trips are all about creating a community of long lasting friendships. 6 weeks before the trip, we will create a whatsApp, Telegram or Facebook group where we can mingle and get to know each other and even find a roommate! Rooms will be shared on double occupancy with your travel partner/friend. If travelling alone, you will be paired randomly with another traveler. If you would wish to have your own room, let us know for a single room fee.
A negative Covid-19 test or proof of full Covid-19 is mandatory for all trips. All COVID-19 protocols in the various destination countries must also be observed.
Yes, unless stated otherwise. We are however available to plan similar experiences and discoveries for friends, families or groups if not able to join us on the dates stated.
Due to the preparations involved, prepayments made with the service providers and this being a small group tour, there will be no refund of the deposit. If you cancel your trip, you are welcome to transfer the trip to another person who is interested or to email us to discuss the possibility of joining another trip. We can offer a refund, only if we can find a replacement for your slot. You are eligible for a FULL REFUND of anything above the deposit , if you cancel more than 40 days before the trip. If you are entitled to a refund, Please allow us 7 to 10 working days to process your request. You are also entitled to a FULL REFUND of and any payment made if your deposit payment was made to a waiting list and you never got a slot on the trip.
Yes. Once you secure your slot with a deposit, the payment towards your trip can be paid out in flexible instalments that are comfortable for you. We provide flexible payment plans for all travellers, please let us know what works best for you.
